[Students] LISTSERV ERROR FIXED

Hello Everyone,

 

As many of you have noticed, various emails have been sent in error to
the Hispanic College Fund student listserv.  I apologize for any
inconvenience this glitch may have caused.  

 

The bug was fixed on Sunday night; however depending on your server, you
may keep receiving these erroneous messages for up to two more days.
Again, I apologize for this inconvenience.

 

YOUR PRIVACY

 

Although you have been receiving these emails, the senders have not had
direct access to your email address.  When someone sends a message to
'students at listserv.fsl.com,' normally all messages must be approved by a
moderator before they are sent out to the listserv.  The bug caused
messages that were sent to 'students at listserv.fsl.com' to be sent
directly to the listserv, without first passing through moderation.
Again, the senders did not have access to your email address.
